Hvoslef: Jubeljahr (1765) mit dem Haydnsignal

A celebration of the orchestra's 250-years anniversary in 2015.

Ketil Hvoslef's work was performed at the concert ''Harmoniens beskrivelser'' (Descriptions of Harmonien)  in December 2015. Two other composers with links to Bergen, Knut Vaage and Ørjan Matre, also presented new works at the concert.  ''It looks like Haydn wants to take part in the celebration of the orchestra'', Hvoslef said about the piece, which was also a part of the orchestra's commissioning programme for new music, OPUS 250.
