''To all small and big fighters''.

The Norwegian composer Harald Sæverud (1897-1992) who lived in Bergen and worked closely with the Bergen Philharmonic, wrote Ballad of Revolt (Kjempeviseslåtten) as a protest against the Nazi invasion of Norway during the Second World War. He dedicated the piece to ''all small and big fighters''.
